Directions : Take the A3 south and come off at Milford junction. Continue straight on at roundabout and 1st set of traffic lights. At 2nd set of lights take left (signed Godalming B3100). At mini roundabout turn right (signed Midhurst Haslemere A286) and then immediate left into Station Lane. Continue for approx 3km from Milford past Milford Station and across junction at Hydestile into Salt Lane. Car park is on right, opposite Clock Barn Lane. Note: post code is nearest.
The Walk: - Length 5.4 miles, 3 stretches which can be muddy in wet weather. 3 road crossings (quiet lanes), no stiles but a few challenging inclines. Route consists of woodland tracks and some farmland, with one section of residential road.
