Ash u3a Open Day and AGM

Newcomers who are interested in belonging to the Ash u3a are invited to attend between 1.30pm and 3pm to learn about the various activities that take place. Information will be available on how to join and you will be welcome to have a cuppa and chat with members of our Committee who will be on hand to welcome you. Existing members are invited to visit the Group stands from 1.30pm onward and have tea and a chat with our Group Leaders.
The formal AGM will commence at 3pm and it is hoped that all proceedings are completed by 3.30-3.40pm.
Full details will be sent to out all current members in August but it is important you attend as there are changes being proposed as to how we run our u3a.
