Membership

The preferred method of paying your membership fee is via Beacon. However, you can renew using a bank transfer.

When paying your Ash u3a annual membership fee by bank transfer, please enter your surname and membership number in the reference field. You can get your membership number from your beacon account. If you no longer have access to beacon please contact the Membership Secretary (membership@ashu3a.org.uk)

Group Subscriptions

When paying your group subscription by bank transfer use the table below to find the correct reference to enter. For example, if D Milton is paying for the Healthy Walking group, the reference should be ‘MILTON HW’. ‘Surname’ refers to the last name of the group member the payment is for.

Cash Payments

When money is collected in cash the preferred method is for the group leader to pay the money into the Ash u3a by Bank Transfer from their personal bank account and complete the Paying In Email Template.

The group leader will need to provide the names of all those who have paid to the treasurer.
