Repulse Monkeys

These are moves number 20 to 25 out of 108. See all the moves (pdf).

We begin at the end of Fist Under Elbow then do Repulse Monkey three times ending with Flying at a Slant.

Moving backwards is never easy especially if you need to keep your weight on the front foot. But we did lots of practice during the lesson and the results as you can see were fantastic.
