Tai Chi at Christmas
The last session of 2025 took place today where we all had a go at Snakes and Push Hands with varying degrees of success.
What did go well was the 108 Move Set. Everyone had a smile at the end which is always good.
Many members over the last 12 years have seen their health improve and as a result have told their friends. This has resulted in two new classes being established: the Tilly Widgets WI in Blackwater and the Wellesley Woodlands. All three classes share members bringing a real sense of community.
