A walk followed by the Rambling group Christmas Lunch. Members not attending the meal are welcome to join the walk.
From Ash take the A323. At the traffic lights approx 1 mile from Ash Station, take left fork into Pirbright Road, signed A324 Pirbright. Continue for about 3 miles and pub is on the rhs at start of a rh bend.
A level walk through woodland, a bit soggy in places but not muddy and no stiles. Shorter than usual at circa 3.6 miles to allow time for a change of clothes and drink before sitting down at 12.30pm.
Diners who are not walking should arrive from 12.00 noon.
