Meet in the Merrow Street car park. There are a limited number of spaces, only 20 or so , so where possible PLEASE SHARE CARS!! Merrow Street is off Epsom Road which starts as the A246 out of Guildford (then becomes A25). Merrow street is opposite the Horse and Groom and the car park is immediately on your right once you have turned into Merrow Street.
It is a 3 mile walk which is mostly flat across the Clandon estate with its panoramic views, and through West Clandon. There is one downward section that can be quite muddy if there has been a lot of rain so poles are recommended. There are no stiles only gates.
