The walk has some gentle inclines but no stiles with some tarmac sections on quiet roads. Much of the walk is on the North Downs Way and Greensand Way. Taking in Moor Park Nature reserve, Mother Ludlam’s cave (see Wikipedia) and High Mill House an attractive mill house. The Shepherd & Flock pub itself is unfortunately closed.
Getting there: Take the A31 towards Farnham and at the Shepherd & Flock roundabout use the right hand lane to exit onto the roundabout on the far side where there should be ample parking. Take care when leaving and rejoining the roundabout.
