Wartime Experiences

Our meeting this month will consist of film clips and a variety of writings and reminiscences about the groups of people who were vital to the WW2 war effort but too often are forgotten and left out of the remembrance activities around 11th November.
If you have any stories, either of your own experiences or those of older friends and relations, bring them along and share them with us to celebrate our own memorial to the many who were forced to give up the comfortable way of life that we enjoy today and spend 6 years fighting to bring freedom to our country.
There will be tea and biscuits as usual.
