Healthy Walking – Frensham Little Pond
From 10.15 for 10.30 start until 12.30
GU10 3BT
Organiser: Bill and Joyce Stone
Walk is from Frensham Little Pond main car park.
Please can all National Trust members bring their membership cards so we can share them out between the group.
Take A287 south from Farnham for about 3 miles. Pass Lloyds Garage on right (look out for several decrepit MGBs awaiting restoration) pass over the old stone bridge and turn left into Priory Lane (if you get to village school you’ve gone too far). Continue for about 0.3 miles, ignore small car park on right next to a sharp left bend. Continue a further 0.3 miles approx. and main car park is on right.
The walk: one moderate ascent, one moderate descent, otherwise flatish, no stiles, mud possible.
Pay and display car park, free to National Trust members on presentation of membership card to ticket machine. If machine not working leave card on display in car. Non-members should pay by mobile phone following instructions on board near machine (or borrow someone else’s card).
