The walk will be just over 5 miles with mainly gentle inclines. There is one slightly steeper gradient back into Great Enton, a set of steps up an embankment and three stiles. The route is mainly bridleways, tarmac and some well drained grass footpaths.

The pub serves lunches, I can recommend the home made pork scratchings with a pint of Landlords!

Getting there :-From  the A3 Southbound take the Elstead/Petworth/Haslemere exit. At the roundabout, take 1st exit,. through next set of traffic lights and left at next set. At the  roundabout take 2nd exit Petworth Road A283. Keep on this road and the Pub is on the left hand side after about a mile !!
