The December Party
Ably organised by Diane with help from Vivien Crocker and an everchanging team of volunteers in the kitchen an excellent afternoon was enjoyed by around 60 members of Ash u3a plus one not quite new member.
Beginning with tea and biscuits we followed up with a fun quiz (prizes for everyone), mulled wine and mince pies, a recital by Sue from the Poetry for Pleasure Group and rounding everything off a collection of seasonal songs from the Singing for Pleasure Group.
Plus Heather from the Art and Painting for All also brought along two of the group projects for everyone to view.
