Ali will lead the walk around the Nature Reserve where there will be opt out opportunities. The rest will walk down the canal from the aqueduct to the wharf where we can have coffee in the cafe.
It is likely to be squishy in places so please wear appropriate footwear. As usual I will take my poles - for safety but mainly because they make walking easier. To those of you who remember John Richards, he always advocated having poles as they help your balance, keep you upright and take the weight off your knees. LET ALONE STOP YOU SLIPPING!
