Meet at Ash Vale station for 9:39 train to Winchester.
The walk is approximately 5 miles. Taking in Winchester Cathedral , St Cross , Tun Bridge and the River Itchen. It's a mainly flat walk on good footpaths. There is a Cafe on route.
The lunch is at the Queen Inn Pub and Brewery.
