Today's walk takes us from the Rowhill Nature Reserve up the hill to Ceaser's Camp then in the best Duke of York manner march back down again.
A quick stop at the Rowhill Centre then carry on round the nature reserve to discover the source of the Blackwater River, where Mr Mills drove his horse and carriage and where the clay for Aldershot bricks came from.
Those who wish to can stay at the Rowhill Centre for tea and cake and buy themselves a jar of marmalade. They also have a book swap if you want to bring along your old books.
Hills in all directions but that's why it's called healthy walking!
