Healthy walking- Canal path to Deepcut

Park in the main car park to the left as you enter Frimley Lodge park.
Meet on the grass in front of the cafe entrance near the toilets so we don't block the car park.
The walk is 3.5 miles - along the canal towards Deepcut - up the new steps to the bridge- 31 steps in 3 short flights . Over the bridge and then take the hard surface path round the edge of the new houses ( rather than the muddy track through the woods) to Deepcut Lock. Over the lock bridge and back to Frimley Lodge park along the canal. Apart from the steps there is just a gentle slope down to the canal again - otherwise the walk is flat and on very good surface.
