Starting in the car park off Lakeside Road this is an opportunity to walk a short distance or just over 2 miles. There are 2 loops - the first around the main lake and the second to the right; adjacent to the river. Both loops go back to the start. Then we can walk up to the canal and down to the wharf where coffee is available in the café.
