He will explain the background to the events that took place in Salisbury in 2018. The poisoning of Sergei and Yulia Skripal was a botched assassination attempt to poison Sergei Skripal, a former Russian military officer and double agent for the British intelligence agencies in the city of Salisbury, England on 4 March 2018.
