Subject: Jonathon Woodhouse started playing the Clarinet from the age of 14 and quickly demonstrated an aptitude for music. He joined the Army as a Musician at the age of sixteen and served in Her Majesty’s Lifeguards Band for 25 years. During his time with the Lifeguards Band, Jon enjoyed a long and varied musical career playing clarinet (even on the back of a horse), bass clarinet, and saxophone at many high-profile events. He will talk about his life and also cover the story of the Saxophone. He will bring with him various instruments which he will demonstrate.
