From Farnham station, cross over the railway and keep right on Tilford Road. Drive to Tilford Village Green and continue south along Tilford Road for about 300m to the car park on the left signposted "Stockbridge Parking for Tilford Greeen".
The walk will be style free and include one short ascent immediately followed by the half way rest point. Otherwise the route is mostly level with short muddy stretches by the River Wey if wet and it will include sections over classic lowland heath.
