This walk is circa 5.5 miles through heath , farmland and wooded areas. There is some road walking on minor roads. The route is undulating in parts and there are 2 stiles to negotiate. There are a few nettles about so NO Shorts.
Getting there: go through Tongham and continue under the Hogs Bag Bridge and turn right into Elstead road . Turn right passed the Church into Seale Road and continue to the end. Turn left onto B3001 and continue into the village . Turn right into Thursley Road. There is parking around the green or further up the road on the left hand side.
