The walk: Just over 5 miles mainly through fields and woods taking in couple of short sections of the Basingstoke Canal. No stiles. Long trousers strongly recommended due to some occasional nettles, brambles and thistles.
Directions: From Hale take the A3016/A287 to Odiham. At roundabout 2 miles after Mill Lane take left into Odiham. After approx 0.5 miles turn right into London Road (sign for Basingstoke Canal) which becomes Colt Hill. Continue to end and follow right into car park next to the canal. Meet at the picnic area near the bridge.
