Directions:
Either- From Aldershot head for Church Crookham. At the crossroads (roundabout) follow Aldershot Rd in the Odiham dir'n and go right at the Wyvern pub into Galley Hill Rd. Continue to Crookham Village, cross the canal (narrow bridge) and after O.5 mile approx go left into Crondall Rd. Pass the Bhageecha Indian Restaurant and the car park is on the right before the canal bridge.
Or - From Hale take the A3016/A287 towards Odiham. About 0.3 miles after the Redfields Lane roundabout turn right into Crondall Rd (signed Crookham Village). After 1.1 miles the car park is on the left immediately after the canal bridge.
The Walk: This is an easy walk on level ground taking in farmland, woodland and a ‘nature reserve’, finishing off with a short section along the canal. There is some road walking on, hopefully, quiet roads. One low stile in good condition. Just one short section where there may be nettles.
