Healthy Walking

Our walks are relatively easy, about  3 1/2 to 4 miles taking around 1 ½ to 1 ¾ hours at a steady pace. All walks are planned and led by group members and cover various parts of the lovely countryside around Ash. We finish at our starting points which are often pub car parks, or close by, so refreshments can be enjoyed afterwards with friends and group members.
