WALK CANCELLED BY WALK LEADERS DUE TO HEAT ALERT AND LACK OF SHADE>
Take A331 towards Farnham. Then A31 Farnham Bypass. Turn left at traffic Lights on to B3001 Station Hill and continue on B3001 Waverley Lane. This is a very long road. On the left hand side there will be a sign post for Waverley Abbey House but the Abbey is on the right. Waverley Abbey car park has space for about 15 to 20 cars and the walk will start from there. . Please park in car park bays closest to the car park entrance. There is now a cafe at Waverley Abbey and it has car parking which could be an alternative if spaces are needed. Please note that if these alternative spaces are used you should allow an extra 5 minutes to walk to our walk meeting point.
The walk has no stiles. It is a circular walk with some inclines to Tilford by the Barley Mow and return. Some small sections of the walk are on the road.
