Membership Renewal
Hopefully you will all have seen the email explained how to renew your membership this year. If you have already renewed using Beacon we hope the updated method of payment was a little smoother.
If you haven’t seen the email (or can’t find it anymore) the renewal instruction are here on the Membership page.
Printing Costs
A member asked why we can’t print and post the newsletter and other documents to those without email address.
Second class mail is 91p (£1.55 if there are lots of pages). Printing single a colour A4 page costs around 80p. Doing some maths shows the cost for 10 members would be around £500/year. Whilst we do try to be as inclusive as possible we just can’t afford these sort of costs without further increasing the membership fee.
All we can ask we all help each other and you pass on any information to those without both email and internet access.
Coming up in September
